Our company collects the following personal information for membership, counseling and service request, etc.

◇ Items collected: Name, corporate name, contact, e-mail, details of inquiry, attachment, cookie
◇ Method of collecting personal information: Website (Request Estimate)

■ Purpose of collecting and using personal information
Our company uses collected personal information for the following purpose.

◇ Fulfillment of contract about service provision, settlement of service charges, provision of contents, and handling of inquiries and complaints

■ Period of possession and use of personal information
In principle, information is immediately destroyed after accomplishing the purpose of collection and use. However, member information required by relevant laws are preserved for the period defined in the laws as below.

- Items of preservation: Name, login ID, payment record, order information, delivery information
- Grounds for preservation: To prevent confusion in service
- Preservation period: 5 years. If required by relevant laws such as the Commercial Act and the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., our company stores information of members for the period defined in the relevant laws. In this case, our company only uses information in storage for the very purpose of storage, and preservation period is as follows.

- Records on contract or subscription withdrawal, etc.: 5 years (Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
- Records on payment and supply of goods, etc.: 5 years (Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
- Records on consumer complaint or dispute settlement: 3 years (Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
- Records on collection, handling and use, etc. of credit information: 3 years (Use and Protection of Credit Information Act)
